Ordering Dates: Minimum Two Days prior to delivery

To ensure every treat is fresh, delicious, and made with care, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice on all baked goods orders. This allows us time to source the best ingredients, plan our baking schedule, and give your order the attention it deserves. We want every bite to be perfect—and a little extra time helps us make that happen!

Pickup or Delivery Dates: Wednesday & Friday

To maintain the highest quality and freshness of our baked goods, we’ve designated Wednesdays and Fridays as our official pickup and delivery days. This schedule allows us to focus on baking in small batches, manage our kitchen efficiently, and ensure every order is prepared with care and attention to detail.

By concentrating our efforts on these two days, we’re able to offer consistent service and delicious results—every time!

Conditional Agreement:

Due to the small-batch, made-to-order nature of our micro bakery, all sales are final and must adhere to the scheduled pick-up or delivery times. This ensures we can maintain the highest quality and freshness of our baked goods, minimize waste, and manage our limited production capacity efficiently. We appreciate your understanding and support of our handcrafted approach to baking.

It is understood, that if an unexpected delay occurs, we’ll reach out right away and give you the choice of a new delivery date or a full refund—whichever works best for you.

Terms of Purchase Agreement

Thank you for supporting our cottage bakery “Out On The Porch”. We take pride in crafting small-batch, handmade goods with the outmost care and quality. This agreement outlines the terms of your purchase to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.

Order Confirmation

All orders are confirmed once payment is received. Custom orders may require additional lead time, which will be communicated at the time of ordering.

Payment Terms

Full payment is due at the time of order. Accepted payment methods include cash, debit card, and approved digital platforms.

Pickup & Delivery

Orders are available for pickup at the agreed-upon date, time and location. Delivery may be available for an additional fee within a specified radius. Late pickups may affect product freshness and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for missed pickups or late cancellations.
